Terms & Conditions:
To encourage commitment to self and staff, we require all appointments to be paid at the time of booking. Health fund claimable services will only require a 25% deposit please call 0491 676 380 for availability, and any difference after processing your private health fund card must be paid at the end of your appointment. Any applicable refund will be processed within 3 days.
Our services and pricing are subject to change. The price of your appointment will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All card payments incur standard card surcharges.
Packages:
All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are not transferrable except at the discretion of Sensalium Management. Please email info@sensalium.com.au with your request.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes you must change your schedule and it’s unavoidable. However, your booking time has been allocated to you and no one else. Out of consideration for our therapists and those clients who may have missed out on a booking due to the allocated time slot being booked, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failing to provide the required notice will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment if you communicate to us. If we don’t hear from you within the 24 hour window and you are a no show without any explanation prior to your appointment the total 100% service fee will be retained by us except in exceptional circumstances. Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be purchased in any amount between $50-$1,000. We do not sell gift vouchers for specific services or packages, as our services menu and prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers. Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Sensalium on any service or product, excluding products purchased online – please call us if you wish to purchase online using a gift voucher on 0491 676 380. Gift vouchers have a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.

Health Funds:
If your private health fund covers Remedial Massage, and you wish to make a claim, you must call 0491 676 380 and pay a 25% deposit on booking. After your service you can pay the balance through our HICAPS machine after presenting your private health fund card at the end of your appointment. After processing your health fund card, any remaining charge must be paid, or any refund will be processed.
Late Arrivals:
Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate any late arrival, but it may affect the length of your service(s) if there is another booking back-to-back.

Illness:
If you are sick or have a communicable illness or condition, please do not come in. Instead, please reschedule your booking for a later date at least 24 hours prior if possible. We so appreciate your thoughtfulness in this regard when it comes to keeping our community as healthy as possible and limiting the impact of illness on all of us and our livelihoods.

Health conditions:
If you do not disclose to us any preexisting health conditions we cannot be held responsible for not adjusting or refusing the treatment. By entering the premises you agree that you are healthy and able to have the treatment you have booked for and acknowledge it is your responsibility to communicate any issues that you have that may affect your treatment.

Etiquette:
Please be considerate of others by speaking quietly and turning off mobile devices to ensure you get the most out of your treatment. Inappropriate, loud, aggressive, discriminatory, intimidatory, bullying or sexual behaviour will not be tolerated.
Sensalium assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit.

Please keep your underpants on during any treatments. Sensalium is a strictly non sexual service and we will terminate your treatment immediately and ask you to leave at once if our therapist feels unsafe and no refund will be issued.

Age Restriction:
Children under the age of 18 are unable to book or attend Sensalium unless a parent or carer is present in the room during the treatment and consent to services is forthcoming from all parties.
